plant money habits LLC is committed to operating in full compliance with all federal and state laws that govern credit repair services and consumer communications. This page summarizes the key laws we follow.

1. No advance payment

We will not accept any payment for credit repair services before those services have been fully performed. Before any payment is collected, you sign a statement confirming that we have completed the work we agreed to perform. This policy follows the requirements of the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act.

2. Your right to cancel

You may cancel your contract for any reason, without penalty or obligation, within five business days from the date you sign it. To cancel, follow the instructions provided in your cancellation notice or contact us at pmh@plantmh.com.

3. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

We comply with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), which is designed to protect consumers. Under CROA:

• We may not make false or misleading statements about our services.
• We must give you clear, written disclosures about your rights before you sign a contract.
• We may not charge you until our services have been fully performed.
• You have a written contract and the right to cancel it.

4. Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)

We comply with the federal Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), which governs how we may contact consumers by phone. Under the TSR:

• We provide required disclosures and never misrepresent our services.
• We respect calling-time restrictions and do not call outside permitted hours.
• We honor do-not-call requests and maintain our internal do-not-call list.

5. Text messaging (TCPA)

We send text messages only to people who have provided their phone number and consented to be contacted. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. We honor quiet-hours and do-not-contact rules under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
